Ed Hewes, President of Hewes and Company, has 35+ years of experience in commercial and industrial construction and is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor. As the former qualifying contractor and Director of Construction Management for Opus South, Mr. Hewes led a team of 200 employees and completed some of the most notable projects in the Southeast.
In his 35+ years of experience in the industry, he has never been involved in litigation and has never failed to deliver a project on time or ahead of schedule and within budget. This 35+ year track record of projects on-time, on-budget and with no litigation is unheard of in the industry. We are proud of this record and hope that we can add your project to this record. Our Project Managers are highly trained and act as a single source of contact for the client. Additionally, all of our Project Managers have a degree in Construction Management with a minimum of 10 years experience.
Our approach to Construction Management provides the Owner and Architect with a single “Point Of Contact” who is responsible for all aspects of the project beginning in the design phase, throughout construction and continuing through the warranty period.
In support of our single point of contact approach, we establish a project team from the very beginning of your project. Team involvement from the beginning helps to ensure open and honest communication between team members who are well versed in the projects details and objectives.
