The original facility consisted of a chapel that was used for worship services. Hewes and Company was hired to complete a major renovation and addition to the existing facility. The addition included a entry lobby, community room, upgrades to the interior and exterior facades and conversion of a portion of the space to a early child development facility.
Construction Management services provided by Hewes and Company included: scheduling, value engineering, subcontractor bidding and contracting, submittal review, budget review, product review and analysis, project management, crew loading, weekly job site coordination meetings, owner direct purchase management and close out documentation. |
